Code 44 need help

keep getting a code 44 i have changed the o2 sensor and replaced all the vacumm but light still keeps coming ,did i overlook something?

Go to Troubleshooting/Trouble codes/44 Lean Exhaust Indicated.

Some possible causes; defective "new" sensor, wiring short and/or faulty ECM.
Should be fairly easy to diagnose with a scan tool or digital volt meter.
