Changing Speedo Gears

This is a new one for me! Need to change speedo gears in a 200C trans, where and how do both gears go? What is involved? Went from a 2.41 gear to 3.42, the GM parts guy set me up with the two plastic gears that need to be changed! Does the trans have to be pulled to do the change? Some day hope to install the 200R-4!

remove thespeedo hosing to change driven gear and the drive gear cant be done without disassembling the transmission.
