I bought the CAS V2 used and was wondering if anyone has any helpful hints on the easiest way to install it? What do the two bolts on the one end of it bolt to? I looked but wasn't sure. Also there seems to be a small factory brace just under the center of the header panel. Does this get in the way, need to be removed/reconfigured? Thanks, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I live in MD too! My V2 install:

-Remove lower air dams and any underpinning.
-Jack car up and slide under the car.
-Insert the IC up in front of the A/C condenser.
-Have another buddy install the bolts in the upper radiator support into the IC (the holes are already there)
-With just enough threads engaged to hold it in place install the hoses and pipes.
-Tighten the upper bolts.
-Insert the bolt/nut into the lower radiator support and tighten.
-Reinstall the air-dams and underpinning.

Mine came with instructions but...

You have to remove the small brace.

The intercooler mounts into two of the existing bolt holes...remove the existing bolts and replace with two that come with the unit.

It's really a simple operation.

THANKS !!!!!!!!!

I appreciate both your replies. I'm grateful for any help.
I'm sure you have just made the job easier. Thanks again.
