Cars misses, help

I have a small problem w/ my GN. The car hasn't been driven in a good while but I regularly let it warm up and move it around a bit. Anyway, after several minutes of warming up it seems as if it is missing on a cylinder. I can't recall what parts I should look at or how to test them. I have a scanmaster and multimeter. Thats about all I can think of that would help. It idles fine but when I start to rev it it acts like it's missing on one cylinder. Any ideas. Thanks in advance.

Check plug wires for contact and proper routing. If okay check plugs themselves. If okay, suspect coil pack, ignition module, crank sensor.
