Carfax please

Ok, Carfax detected an odometer rollback on this one. I'd have sent you the entire report, but I dont have your email address. I'll cut and paste a few things here, email me if you want the complete report.
According to the Carfax, it was registered at 101k miles first. I find it odd that the car went to the auctions TWICE in just a year or two, this is another red flag. Does the seller admit to be a dealer or say he's owned it for years? You can also check for certain wear things on the car that indicate mileage. How worn are the seats? How hard do you have to shut the trunk? Are the door hinges worn? (try to "pick up" the door while it's open, shouldnt move). How worn are the pedals? Do the control arm bushings look like they've been replaced? It's hard to distinguish between 40k miles and 80k miles but easy to tell from 40-140. Granted the car could be restored to look new, but that's expensive.
Don't blow off the car just yet, but do more research and get some documentation. What's he want for it?
