Car wants to die when shifting into Park...

When I come to a stop and put the car into park the rpms drop to about 400 and come back up. A couple of times the car has died and when it did I lost all power like the battery had been disconnected. What could be causing this? The IAC, computer, chip, TPS? Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.

At operating temp in park what is your IAC and TPS? In Gear?

this happens to me also. its kind of a dip right? my IACs in park are 00 and should probably be raised a bit. the TPS in park is .42 volts. in gear they are the same numbers as in park
