car dies after it warms up

my car dies after the vehicle warms up ( engine temp is approx 203 degrees). the engine won't crank and the fan stops working. i have power though out the car with the exception of the electric fan. the car has a new battery, new fuel pump, new starter. after several minutes it would re-start no problem. any suggestions???

Any codes?

Could be the Cam Sensor, Ignition Control Module or the coil.

The fan problem is odd.

the cam sensor is brand new (original gm). i have code 42....
