I hope to be in the 12s this year. I have figured out a lot of the promblems from driving it to work everyday for 6 months. I also just built two stacked gn intercoolers. It should drop me into the 12a for sure. :p

Hello GNVAIR, we (my brother and I) also have an h07 body, an '80 Sunbird notchback with an 84 hot air motor/2004R in it. It is very much a work in progress. I'd love to hear more about yours and how you made it all fit. As another H body hybrid fabricator :), we know how hard it is to have that motor in there.

add these hybrids to the list

I have an 87 olds cutlass supreme with 87gn motor trans and rear end, my buddy has a cadillac CTS (I'm sure you've seen it in the mags) gn powered and my buddy the dfi specialist has a mazda rx-7, I think its a 90 with a GN drivetrain. My cutlass weighs 3700lbs, i know the CTS weighs almost 4000lbs and the mazda is real close to 3100. In my opinion all cars should have come with the 3.8 turbo setup.:)

Add my 1980 Triumph TR7 convertible to the group. 4.1 buildup in progress, oh what fun.

One other note.. Sub frame conectors. My brother put a 350 chevy in one and cracked the subframe.. I would really consider that. I remeber lots of fast rides when I was a kid. :) They are pretty light for sure good luck.

Already done, along with a Ford 9", and I had the trailing arm brackets fully welded to the body. They are only spot welded from the factory! 6 pt. cage going in soon.

You know the funny thing is he still has that car. He has gn 280z and Turbo 3.8 Fiero. Do you have any pictures of the car I am sure he would love to see them.

Hey, Volvoman, I think your bro may have bought the old headlights from my parts car on Ebay a couple of months ago. I can probably email some pics of her empty engine bay and stripped interior. It's a work in progress right now, but she'll fly when its all over!
