Hi!
I am running the 224/224 cam today but thinking of install the 218/212 cam to get some power earlier and spare the engine from high rev all the time.
Engine is going out anyway for piston rings change.

What do you think of that?

What are you reving it to right now?

I have built a few 4.1 stroker builds with e-85, and the 224/224 cam is the first choice.

Almost max torque will come in just before 3000 RPM and still builds power from then.

Tried the 3.70 gears in my car and went back with 3.42 gears, at 8-10 psi leaving the line would give me consistent 1 .42 or so 60' foot times.

I would also dial the cam 2 or 4 degree advance for great low end performance.

Also, be sure your valve springs are at least 160#'s on the seat.

Hi
Ok what tire size did you have and what was your transbrake set up st launch?
I have never came under 1.67 60 foot.
What was your rwhp. and at what boost?
How high do you rev it?
