Bruce, noisy 700R4 after shift into 2nd

Hi Bruce,
I'm the guy (Rick) that brought the box-o-parts and the case for you to assemble for my Syclone.

It's running now and I'm noticing the tranny is noisy after its shifts into second.
Also, when it goes into 3rd it actually feels like it slows down (a compression brake feel) sometimes.

pretty sure I've got the TV adjusted right, it's a new cable also.

Any ideas?
