Brake Proportioning Valve??

On a vacuum brake setup, if I install a proportioning valve to the front brakes & I lower the pressure to the fronts, do the Rears Gain Pressure?? Do I have to modify the Master Cylinder to do this & make it work?? Please tell me what I need to do to get this to happen!
I want to load the rears at the track & make them normal again to drive home!!

get a trans brake!

messing with the brakes will get you in trouble.....unless you trailer it to and fro

Just wondering if this is possible to do? Some race cars must have a way to adjust front & rear pressures??

A little more info, as I recall, at NHRA tracks they forbid any modifications to the factory brake system such as you decribe.
