Brake pedal is very hard

Hi Guys!!
Just wondering why still my brake pedal is still hard. The power master motor does not make any noise as if it does not pressurize the brake system. Fuse is good.
Please let me know your thoughts.

Sounds to me like the accumulator is bad.....just my O2 on this one.

So if you depressurize the system then turn the key the PM motor doesn't do anything?...make sure you're getting voltage to the motor...check the electrical connection...if that is OK then it could be the switch...maybe it's toast and not sensing any pressure at all or you're PM motor took a dump...double check the fuse...I've seen motors go bad but they usually make a lot of noise and pop fuses...was the brake light coming on at all recently?

try tapping on the motor.i had 3 powermasters go bad and 2 of them had a bad contactor in the motor. when i tapped on the motor or shook it it would go on for a split second and then shut off again.
