boost ? too high.

i have a new TE44 with new Y and actuater pretty sure its a HD i have the rod backed off as much as i can and i am still getting 25lbs how do i get it down? another thing is i only had 5* of retard at that boost level shoud i just try to tune the 5* degrees out and leave it as it is?? i am running 100LL but it had 1/4 of 93 when i added the 10 gals of 100 any sugestions?? thanks

Might need to enlarge/port your wg hole to bleed off boost quicker if your 44 did not come with that done. Or use a BstC commander to regulate boost electronically. Also, I wouldn't want any kr at that level of boost.
