Boost Issues

I wrote earlier about my 2.59 60ft times which made me almost cry. I could not build boost at the line so I just brought it up on the convertor a little bit. I have a rip in the turbo hose between the intercooler and the turbo. It whistles pretty loud, but still builds 15lbs top-end. Is this leak a major problem with my 60ft?

Also, I tried to pry my wastegate rod either way with a screwdriver and it doesn't seem to move.

Yes that hole in your hose is a big problem! Its like blowing up a balloon with a small hole in it, it takes twice as much effort to get it full.

What do you mean by prying your wastegate rod? Don't pry, take the clip off the end, pull the rod off the wastgate puck, and do adjustments that way.
