Kirban has all the bushings(top & bottom), couple hundred dollars, I don't recall exactly. If he has it, the dealer must too.
I used Kirban's kit to add the missing bottom bushings for the middle of the frame, but the steel sleeve already in there keeps them from tightening down enough to really do anything.
I took out the stock uppers, ground down the steel sleeves a little and put them all back, then they mashed down good and looked like they were actually holding the body down. Did the same on the back ones, tho one busted off and I had to cut a huge hole in the trunk to get the captured nut out.
