BMW accumulator ball on a GN powermaster

I was "wondering" if a BMW accumulator ball would work on a GN powermaster? The BMW's accumulator look the same as on the GN's accumulator.."at least from the pictures" .

the accumulator is a fairly simple device, If the threads match and the charge pressures are similar..... it will probably work

Even if the thread pitch was different, a bushing could be found to change from sae to metric "if" they are different.

What year BMW?

the little I read it leads me to believe it will work fine.

As long as the BMW unit is for brake fluid, and not power steering fluid (couldn't tell from my reading).

They seemed to be expensive, 1988 for 100+ ...

Id rather just go to hydroboost for that amount, then again, if they could be found in the junk yard, that would be sweet.
