Blow off valve

I just recently finished the break in period of my rebuild and I've noticed that when I let off the accelerator after high boost about 15-20 PSI I can hear a fluttering sound that seems like it's coming from the turbo. What I want to know is if a blow off valve would correct this and prevent abnormal wear to the turbo

So then there is nothing that could be damaging the shafts or impellers of the turbo?
get one that your can recirculate back into the air intake. what do think happends at the end of the track lifting off the pedal at 6k:eek: ...its good for the longevity of the turbo.

What's the difference between 20 psi at 4000 rpm and 6000 rpm? Mine went 152,000 miles without a sneeze valve.
