Biggest drag radial possible?

Hey guys looking at getting a set of drag radials. I was looking to get the biggest tire i can squeeze on there. Its a 85 Regal T-type with the stock regal t type aluminum wheels.

255/60 is as big as I'd personally go on those. If you go bigger on those wheels you will likely hit the frame and have a lousy contact patch, making you worse off than choosing a smaller tire that is correct for the wheel width.
