is there any kind of way to put a larger turbo on hot air cars & what will have to be done?

The question is how big are you wanting to go? If you're willing to spend the money you can have just about any turbo adapted to the system but your goals aren't specified so tell us what you want to do.

i might have one for sale. thats unless brian already has a buyer

You can as big as the space will allow and then you need to start modifications from there. You will also need to find someone who can install the turbo seal if you stay hot air and not everyone can do this or will. It's just a matter of time, research and money.

For bolt up and go,
Ta33c from Limit Engineering(950$) with a core. Option 2
Time,fabrication,trial & error...and more $$$$

or contact someone who has been there done that and is willing to help you.

What all is needed to do the PT-54 conversion?

I believe the setup m233roller was selling had everything you needed for the conversion
Here is the thread in case you missed it-
