I've thought about doing that quite a few times over the years, and never bothered.
You can get weak beehives. They come in things like 3.1 V6s. The trick would be to figure out a factory replacement spring that will shim up to the right installed height and still be in the correct range of poundage.
The hard part will be finding retainers to work with our non-metric valve stems and the beehives.
All in all, work and money spent for zero performance gain over plain ole springs that can work with the stock retainers.
