Baseline fuel pressure

How do you know what your baseline FP should be? My car is running rich, and I don't have anywhere around to go out and make some blasts w/o killing people or getting a ticket. Is there a generic base setting for different injectors or does it vary car to car? Thanks for the help.

I had a set up close to yours w/ a slightly smaller cam. (210/205 flat tappet). I would suggest that you start w/42-43 psi w/ vacuum line off. Brian
