bad injector or wiring????

Is there any thing I can check / throw a multi-meter on to test and see if my stuck injector is actually a bad injector or bad wiring???

figured this out

Figured this one out while changing injectors...solution may help someone in the future turns out one wire was pulled out of the connector just far enough not to make contact.
