Bad ground!! How do i fix?

Well, i just installed new power window motor and found out, the gorund was bad. What can I do to correct this problem? Ive alreay sanded connections, and wd40 the door hinges. Still no ground, so I have ran a wire to the door jamb.....

you most likely have a broken wire,where it comes thru between the body and door...common in GM cars...follow the ground from the motor up thru the window switch out to the body...find the broken wire and repair...
