I spoke to Nick for the first time via phone last week and explained that I was fighting a fuel pump issue that I needed to get sorted out quickly for an upcoming cruise I'm trying to make. After getting my information, Nick told me he would send me the parts out that day, before he even got my personal check. When I asked him are you sure you want to put that in the mail before you get a check from me, he explained that he figured I didn't seem like the kind of guy who would stiff him for, so he'd put it in the mail.

All this from a guy I've never met! Thanks Nick: pump installed, car is running much better, thanks again for the quick delivery.
