are my injectors bad?

While checking the fuel pressure on the GN, I noticed that the fuel rail does not hold any pressure when the key is turned off. Secondly, my O2 readings run in the low range (.71 to .75) even though the fuel pressure is set at 46 psi with the line off (chip maker recommendation is 42 psi with the line off). My knock is also too high for running 16 psi of boost. The car also runs a little rough. The injectors are stock and look original. There are no external leaks but could these injectors be bad?

When you turn the key on the injectors should hold pressure for approx. 10-30 minutes. If not they are leaking.
You are definitely lean, you should have o2's in the 750-800 range.
If you want to keep them have them cleaned and flowed, otherwise you could step up to blue tops (36#) for the same price as stockers
