anyway to adjust shift points?

Cruising around the car shifts nice... have a jimmys trans... but under wot it seems to shift to soon... I have to check the sm for the exact number but it definitely isn't hitting close to 5k... and this is the 1-2 & 2-3... I did change some things since I got the trans built... anything I can do???
