Anyone use this fuel pressure regulator?

saw this one on ebay ...anyone use it ...if so hows the install to stock or anyone put on with the champion aluminum fuel rail???...thanks...noah.

not using or do i think i would I would just get an accufab from fullthrottle. Looks cheap to me
