Need some new meats up front. Have 245 60 15 drag radials on rear and currently 215 65 15 on the front. Would like to have a slightly larger tire up front to help balance the car visually.
Stock T wheels.

leaning to use a 235 60 15 up front. I would like to assume that their is no appreciable change in handling or any problems.

Any experience is appreciated.

I've had them on my T type for 10 yrs, (different sets) on stock T rims.
no issues at all!
no rubbing , etc, but check your rims/ backspace

Mine rubbed, there are rub marks in the wheelhouse. I like the big and little look myself. I use 215/70s now.

Love the 235s on the front. Unless building a light wheel tire combo for the strip, go for it. Never had any issues on my stock front suspension with the T wheels.

I have 235's on the front also. Work great.. Except at lock it can rub a little.

Id personally go with a 225/60r15. Here's a pic of mine with 275/60's on the rear and 225/60's on the front.

That is what my mechanic told me before I installed my 235/60's. I like them ALOT- Firestone Firehawks 500's.

My stock GN wheel ,4in BS they rub ,not bad. on the lower back out side of the wheel well

235-60-15's will rub slightly at wheel lock out as said above. I didn't find it to be a big deal tho.

Forgot 215s were original, running 235s for so long with no issues on T wheels.
Considered 245s as the 16" on the GNX, however, would they have enough clearance on a TR.
Would like to know if 245s could be done at what BS & wheel width?
