anyone in the wichita know any exhaust places?

i been trying to find a exhaust place to cut out the cat on my car but for some reason the wichita exhaust places wont do it for me cause there so scared ill tell on them haha....but i figured id ask on here to see if there some1 from wichita that knows a exhaust guy that wil do it for me

Considering the fine no shop with any sense will touch it. Just unbolt it at the back and shell it out. Looks like it's supposed to and if someone asks it will look like it shelled itself.
