Anyone have tork specs for front up & low control arms

I just installed s-10 front brakes, replaced my ball joints ,and upper and lower control arm bushings with polys. Does anyone have the tork specs of the upper and lower nuts and bolts? Also if anyone has any tricks to keep them from squeaking after lube drys up I'd like to hear them. Thanks.

just grab a breaker bar and a wrench and get them nice and tight with the suspension loaded at ride height.

Energy suspension(black) 1 kit contains uppers and lowers

Black is suposed to be inpregated with graphite,they say less sqweeks.

I've heard the same thing. I've got new body bushings from them to install and I got black For the same reason. Figured it was worth it.
