Like the title says, I've got a set of stock headers I want to use but the ball flanges are warped out of round pretty good.

Looks like someone probably used an impact to tighten them up and didn't do it in steps, just put the bolts in and gunned em down.

Is there some kind of tool available to straighten these things out? The crossover flanges are just as bad as the headers.

Thanks,Sean

Take them to a muffler shop shouldn't cost much . Local shop did mine years ago n/c . Tipped the owner enough to buy six pack of beer.

Oh sweet, I had no idea a muffler shop could fix those things.

Do most shops have the required tooling? That'd be great to be able to have them fixed.:)

Any Midas with a Huth bender can do it. They have a swager end for bumping up pipes. That is the part of the machine they use with a differant die.
