Any last suggestions before it gets sent to be fixed?

just looked at your pics again; try disconnecting the vacuum line going to the egr valve. hook a mityvac (hand vacuum pump, i believe autozone rents them) to it and have an assistant try to hold the car at idle. apply vacuum to the valve with the mityvac and see if there's any change. if not, your egr valve could be stuck open

You are correct. Looked on their site after posting and noticed they are not Delco. Sorry for the confusion.
 
Problem resolved after I exhausted all options and money LOL. After all was replaced and done it still was rough. Took it to our local GN expert and it was the yellow wire within the harness that leads to the Ignition module to the driver side that was split. Took apart the harness and it broke apart. Once corrected all was solved, however, that issue blew the original module and one replacement because of the short. Oh well, lesson learned and it runs better than ever with all the new parts and a great tune.
