whats the difference between the CS7020 and CS 7010??

Is it the Nitrided gears or is the chain different as well???

Rollmasters web site shows both in different locations on the site and is very vague. I have 2 sets in front of me. The CS7010 is the Red Series and is induction hardened. The CS7020 is the Gold Series and is nitride hardened, which is what TA Performance sells under part # TA 1523A. The Gold Series I have is TA part number TA 1523A.005. It is .005 oversize or undersize, which ever way you look at it, for a tighter fit. I guess the nitrided set is stronger?

I have a .005 under set in my hand that is CS7020 so its nitrited.I also have the CS7010 .010 set which isnt nitrited...
I need the .010 but am worried about the chain being weaker and the sprockets no being nitrided...

I think the chains are the same, the difference is in the hardening process on the gears. I would feel safe using either one as long as the chain has the correct play and your valve spring pressure is not extreme.
