another no start problem help please!

i recently bought my brothers gn, he unfortunatly neglected it for a couple of years and it has been just sitting in the driveway. my problem is i am not getting but 2 volts or so to the fuel connector at the rear of the car. so i purchased a hot wire kit. i am getting fire all the way to the fuel relay, but no fire coming out of the relay. any thoughts on what it may be? could it be the factory fuel relay, if thats is the case where is the fuel relay on the fender of the pasenger side. and which relay is it cause there are like 2 or 3 over there, any help would be very appreciated this is very frustrating.

its the middle one and make sure the fuse is good under the dash and the oil sending unit is hooked up

i have checked the fuse on the fuse panel and it is good got power going to it. i havnt checked the oil sending unit yet. i talked to the guys i got the hotwire from and they said it is likely the factory relay that is why i asked
