Another Newbie ? PCV, what should be there

Car I have has two K&N open element breathers, one at the oil fill, the other on the PSide where I'm told should connect to the back of the turbo.

As I have to get the car to pass CA emissions, can anyone provide a picture of what should be on the passenger side?
Part number? Cost?

PS fascinating thread on PCV and oil accumulation. Best I know the motor hasn't been apart.
