M marleyskater420 still needs to learn Joined Aug 14, 2004 May 8, 2017 #3 Aluminum can corrode. If the piece is anodized or powdercoated it should be fine. If they are running bare alum. Without anodizing then more power to them. I wouldn't risk it, personally.
