Put newly cut drums, shoes, S10 WC's(correct ones) and I can barely get the drum over the shoes. Once I do I have to use everything I have to turn em over by hand. The adjusters are all the way in to the lowest setting and the E brake is off...WHAT GIVES???

Also, Doing the shoe springs just about requires a 3rd hand lol...

TIA

Springs all seem to be correct, I don't think I coulda messed it up, I did one side at a time

The cable has a separate adjustment and needs to be backed off. It's under the rear seat on the drivers side.

Nailed it, all is good now...I should just barely be able to push the drums over the shoes once I get it adjusted right...correct?

If the shoes and drums are new, then yes. If they're not new and/or the drums have been machined then you should have quite a bit of adjustment to do in the drum.;)
