I am running a DIY water injection kit on a stock motored 95 Rustang with a Kenne Bell Whipplecharger. I am injecting just before the SC 1) out of convenience 2) I figue the screws will help vaporize the charge.

My question is, would alky be better for cooling? I am currently able to run about 24* total timing on iron heads with 9 lbs of boost. Before the water, i was running about 18*. Let me know your thoughts.

The only issue I see is spraying on the rotors. I dont know what the consequence can be.

I will say alcohol kicks waters butt. As far as flash, combustible, making power. But spraying alcohol through your blades..dunno.

Razor- I did check with Jim Bell, and he said that there is no problems spraying thru the twin rotors, because they turn relatively slow, and the blades dont touch. He said that the water would actually help create a seal between the 2 screws as they compress air.

Is the average shurflo pump compatible with alky?
