AC delete problem

Bought the AC delete pulley GM#10118713 and the bolt holes are different sizes, one side is large enough and but none of the mounting bolts I removed from the compressor mounts will fit into the other side, anyone else have this problem?

The large hole goes on the braket stud and you must drill out the other hole for the logest bolt from the compressor.

Thanks, the large holes seems too big, Im going to try and find a sleeve for it. The last one I installed was years ago but I don't remember having to drill, just wanted to make sure.
