Directions didn’t come with as the ac compressor was bought by my grandpa 15-20 years ago now but it looks like everything is there? because the ac compressor has a lot of space when we put it up to it just wanted to know if there’s supposed to be that much play in it

Hey was wanting to ask if you have a parts number from billets specialties for that a.c compressor bracket ? I can not find it anywhere and was also wanting to ask if it came in v-belt.

I’ll check when i get out there today i’m not sure if it came in v belt as i did not buy it either my grandpa did years ago

The bracket that bolts to the bottom of the Compressor is GM Part Number 25502722. A 15mm Flange Bolt 9.8 - M10 x 1.5 x 94.33 mm w flanged nut bolts the bracket to the Compressor. (NOTE: the bolt in the pic should be reversed - the nut is to the front of the compressor when installing). If you do not have this part, check with members here on this forum (Parts Wanted Section) and they may be able to help. The lower bolt hole on the bracket bolts to where the split wire loom tubing is clamped to bracket 2551669. The clutch pully on the compressor is a v-belt.

Where could i find these bolts are there reproductions or anything else i can use the works just as best? If not what would be the best way to hunt these down

Fastener store? We have a lot of nut & bolt places around here. Just tell ‘em what ya need.

Not sure if Lowe’s or the Depot may have. They’re decent for hardware but not the greatest.

Unless you require actual GM bolts.

The 15mm Flange Bolt 9.8 - M10 x 1.5 x 129mm will be a challenge. Most of the fastener stores don't carry this length. I did find one place that have close to them: Link - Bolt M10x1.25x130 (different thread count, but the length is right).
