AC clutch not engaging

Hey guys, I read a post a few weeks back about a same problem that I'm having with. Can anyone link the post or tell be how to get the AC clutch to engage. It was low on freon (134a) and I filled it up but the clutch is still not engaging. TIA.

How can you fill it when the compressor is not running?? check or jump out your low pressure switch, fuse, connections, etc. And look for a suction pressure of about 40-44lbs at about 1200-1500 rpm, also ambient temp. plays a part also,a temperature- pressure chart for 134a would be very helpful
also.
