They actually had the dipstick out when I was taking pictures, I met one of the owners that was driving the car, He was cool and he owns a GN also!

That Fairmont looks like one I saw at the Belton MO car cruise in last month, except it has a 400 sbc Dart block with twin turbos, and I don't believe it had any rust on the quarters...also had a cage with the bars running thru the stock a/c vent openings. Also had the intercooler under the glove box on the passenger side floor board. Same beige color.

I am not sure if it had Nebraska plates or not, I didn't look to see but I did notice where he ran his twin turbos he had to cut holes in the inner fenders for clearance as they were jagged.
