A/C manifold hose

Does anyone have a part # or a link for the yellow ac manifold gauge hose I would need so that I could charge my system back up theough the gauges? I recently changed out all the components and now I'm ready to charge it back up. The yellow hose that came with the gauges won't fit on my can tap because its too big and I also have just a charging hose but it won't fit onto my gauges because thats too small. Any help would greatly be appreciated

For the can-tap and the low pressure side of the vehicle A/C, there are two sizes. For R12 it is basically a -4 AN fitting (JIC in reality). Seals on the tapered fitting.

For R134a there is a different fitting. I don't know the name or the size of it. This one seals on the flat face of the fitting via a rubber washer.
