87 Limited T

Hey everyone, I just purchased a Limited from the original owners. It was stock as I have ever seen, even has the grate on the intercooler scoop still. Well anyway a small tree fell on it awhile ago and am getting it fixed. Here are some pics.

It looks like it only bubbled in the spots you primed. Did the trunk lid come out the same way?

Yep on the trunk too. Also had the hood painted. No ripples like that but it looked like all the flake is running down, like black waves toward the outside.

Do you know what was used to thin the paint? If the gun was cleaned out with lacquer thiner and still in the gun. When you spray what you see will happen and mess up the paint. Not much to do now except resand and try again. What paint and clear?

Well got off the couch and started over.
