Can you please post a picture of the SPID label mounted in the trunk?

Sorry that was painted over i can take a pic of the vin# off the owner ship and the car.

VIN is kind of useless to determine exact model.

All it will really tell you is year, and if it is a VIN 7 (Turbo)

It looks like a WE4.
But without the SPID label - can't really be sure.
Has all the makings of a WE4.

Riddle me this:
Driver's power seat? - WE4 should be no - Nevermid - I see in pic - No power driver's seat
Alum bumper braces/ supports?- WE4 should be YES
(although - not sure about Canada / Export as alot of Canada car had alum std)
Rear spoiler? - Alot of WE4 owners installed them - but stock should be = no

This car is not mine i am trying to sell it for a friend of mine, I don't think this car has the alum bumper supports but alum insert for the bumper,it is a true T.Type.

Fair enough.

Although, technically speaking, there were not "True T-Types" in 1987
Turbo T (RPO Y56) was avail in 1987
Just semantics though
WE4 = Special T

Special T ...

Edit and correction:
RPO Y56 = "T"
RPO WE4 = "Turbo T"
Somewhere; sometime, I saw the "Special T" reference in Buick literature - but everything I have only shows "Turbo T" with respect to a a WE4
So, I kindly and respectfully retract my "Special T' reference!

But there is a bump for you anyway

You would have to phone the boarder that your bringing the car back over and see, I think you just pay the taxes on what the bill of sale is, then you have to do all that normal stuff in your area .

The build sheets in the drivers door and behind the rear seat MAY show if it is a WE4...do you have either??
