It does not need any floors--trunk lid could be fixed--I have a replacement lid--painted black. I can get the doors--they are from a blue Regal, but I will not get them unless the buyer wants them. If it was me, I would fix the originals--but I will leave it up to the buyer who hopefully will come along soon--
