Sorry but my house trailer sale didn't go threw. 
Arguing with the bank loan officer was a waste of time. They said it was only worth 1/2 what I was asking ! Did a new roof on it 3 months ago. Already had cement blocks to do the front steps over but that wasn't part of the trailer sale. Sucks because I sold the land it was on right away. Problem now is that I need the trailer gone. Guy already has a new one to replace mine.
