85 Grand National Hot Air Help

Recently bought an 85 Hot Air Grand National. Car runs fine but would like someone to take a look at her and make sure everything looks good. Car has been upgraded with 86/86 computer. It has 1 electric fan with a toggle switch. My car doesn't over heat but I don't ever see my fan kick on. I have to manually turn on the switch which turns on the fan but only when the car is OFF. Will not turn on while on. I've owned 2 other Turbo Buicks but they've been 86/87 to begin with so I'm not to familiar with Hot air set ups. If anyone can help me out we can meet up either at your spot or your welcome to come over my house. My name is Cesar. Would like to get together with some local Buick gurus. I live in Mesquite

Thanks Fast86GN. I actually got it fixed. Installed a cooling fan controller. Lets you set whatever temperature you want fan or fans to come on.
