83 dash instrument cluster to 87 dash instrument cluster

does ne one no if i can upgrand, convert, or change the 83 wood grain instrument cluster to the nice 87 style. if so is it hard to be done. please let me know. thanks

The mounting panel and wiring harness are different,but bit can,and has been done.You would need everything from a donor car,instrument cluster,instrument cluster bezel,instrument cluster mounting panel,headlight switch with dash light dimmer,rear defrost switch,and the air duct behind it,that connects to the left vent.Also the under dash wiring harness is different for all of that.There are probably a few more things that I forgot,it's been a while since I did mine.

ok so what if i just bought the whole dash with all the instrument cluseter. the whole 87 dash complete with all wires. will that do it
