64 Impala

I'm looking at a 64' Impala 2dr sport coupe. It's yellow on black with the 283ci 195HP V8. Supposedly about 30K original miles and grandmother owned. The current owner says he has all the original documentation and that the car just needs some seals/weatherstripping and other expected refurbs but runs and drives good. Any idea what a car like this is worth? Old chevys aren't my expertise so I'd appreciate some info. Thanks in advance.

When I was looking for a 60's Impala, prices were sky high. I came across a 63 convert originally from Arizona, 2nd owner was selling. 327 with a powerglide, Good Top, 2 tiny pinholes of rust. everything was there, including a mint interior. I ended up paying 7000 canadian for the car. Hopefully that might help you out a bit. Good luck mid 60's impalas rock!!!! Miss mine, but I have the T-Type now!
